I think it the amount of oil it takes to make an ink cartridge.

Yeah…It might be a poison! Looks like an innocent oil, but in fact it’s a lethal weapon!

Ok!I believe it represents…hmmm…GOT OIL?!Tha reminds me i need an oil change in my car, If thats AMSOIL 10W-30, ill have a use for it…xeee…So most likely it represents that. As if for cartridges, I dont believe it contains oil in pigment ink. MUAH!
